PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 31 July 2026
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how 31VITAL collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit our website at 31vital.com ("Website") or purchase products through it ("Products").
31VITAL is a trading name of MKT Group (VOF), a company registered in the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) no. 42114579 ("we", "us", or "our"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.
By using this Website, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Questions about this Policy? Email us at support@31vital.com or visit our Contact page.
1. Who this Policy covers
This Policy applies to personal information belonging to ("you", "your"):
- Visitors: individuals who browse our Website.
- Customers: individuals who purchase, request, or receive Products.
- Subscribers: individuals with an active or paused subscription.
- Contacts: individuals who reach out via the Website, email, or other channels.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us:
- Full name (required for orders)
- Email address (required for orders)
- Billing address (required for orders)
- Shipping address (required for orders)
- Payment information (required for orders, processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details)
- Phone number (optional, used only for order and delivery updates)
- Account username and password (if you create an account)
- The products in your stack, your renewal date, and your subscription history
- Any additional information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, including anything you tell us about a reaction to a product
Information collected automatically when you visit the Website:
- IP address and approximate location (country or region)
- Device and browser type
- Pages viewed, time spent on the Website, and how you found us
- Cookie identifiers and similar tracking data (see our Cookie Policy)
If you choose not to provide required information, we may be unable to process your order, give you access to parts of the Website, or respond to enquiries.
3. What we deliberately do not collect
We do not ask you health questions. Our stack builder works from goals you choose from a menu, not from questions about your body, your symptoms, or your medical history. We do not ask what is wrong with you and we do not build a health profile on you.
We recognise that the products you buy can imply something about your health, and we treat that information accordingly. We do not share the specific product names in your order with advertising platforms, and we do not use them to target advertising to you.
If you tell us about a medical condition, a medication, or a reaction to a product in an email to us, we use that information only to answer you, to fulfil our legal reporting obligations, and to handle your refund. We do not add it to a marketing profile.
4. How we use your information
- Process, fulfil, and deliver your orders
- Manage your subscription, renewals, skips, pauses, and cancellations
- Manage accounts and process payments
- Send order confirmations, shipping updates, renewal reminders, and other service communications
- Provide customer support and handle returns (see our Return & Refund Policy)
- Record and report adverse reactions where we are legally required to do so
- Analyse Website usage and measure the performance of our marketing
- Improve our Website and Products based on feedback and behaviour
- Ensure security and integrity, and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests
- Send email marketing, only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Renewal reminders, payment notices and shipping updates are service messages, not marketing. You receive those for as long as you have an active subscription, and unsubscribing from marketing does not switch them off.
We will not use your personal information for unrelated purposes unless you give explicit consent, the purpose is directly related to the original reason for collection, or it is permitted or required by law.
5. Legal bases (where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies)
Where required, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your order and running your subscription), legitimate interests (analytics, fraud prevention, improving our Website), consent (marketing emails and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records, and adverse event reporting).
6. Sharing your information
We share personal information only where necessary, with:
- Shopify Inc., our e-commerce platform, which hosts the Website and processes orders
- Shopify Payments, our payment provider, which processes card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Our subscription management provider, to run renewals, skips, pauses and cancellations
- Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers, to pack and deliver your order
- Klaviyo, our email service provider, to send service and marketing emails
- Meta Platforms, TikTok and Google, for advertising and analytics services (see our Cookie Policy)
- Trusted service providers, including IT and software vendors, data analytics providers, and cloud services
- Legal, financial, or accounting advisors
- Regulators and the manufacturer of a product, where we are required to report an adverse reaction
- Government authorities, when legally required
- Parties involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where the sharing of data for targeted advertising is considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws, you can opt out as described in section 10, or through our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
7. International data transfers
We are based in the Netherlands and serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the Netherlands, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Cookies
Our use of cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, TikTok, Google Analytics and Klaviyo tracking, is described in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy.
Analytics and advertising cookies only load after you accept them. Some purchase measurement data is also sent directly from our servers to advertising platforms rather than from your browser, and declining advertising cookies stops that as well.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy.
Order and transaction records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting laws. Records of reported adverse reactions are kept for six years, because we are legally required to retain them for that period. Marketing consent records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed and for a period afterwards so we can show that consent was given.
After the applicable retention period, information is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information. To exercise any right, email support@31vital.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will not ask for more information than we need to find your records. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
All customers. You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it.
United States. Depending on your state, including California under the CCPA and CPRA, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. To opt out, use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or email support@31vital.com with that phrase as the subject line. We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically, without you needing to identify yourself, and we show you a confirmation on the page when we do. An authorised agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.
United Kingdom. Under the UK GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Canada. Under PIPEDA you may access and correct your personal information and withdraw consent, and you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Australia. Under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles you may access and correct your personal information and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
New Zealand. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may access and correct your personal information and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
11. Direct marketing
We send marketing emails (promotions, product updates, and announcements) only where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by emailing support@31vital.com.
We do not send marketing text messages. If that ever changes, it will be a separate opt-in that you choose specifically, never bundled with email consent and never a condition of buying anything.
12. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (SSL) and access controls. Payments are processed by our payment provider over secure, encrypted connections and we never see or store your full card details. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
13. Children
Our products are for adults and you must be 18 or older to order. Our Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@31vital.com and we will delete it.

Good to know
Quick answers.
How fast do you reply?
Every message is read by a real person, not a bot. You will have an answer within one business day, and during US business hours usually within a few hours. If your question is about an order, include the order number from your confirmation email and we can act on it immediately.
Where do orders ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders ship from our warehouse in the USA. The moment your order leaves the building you receive a tracking link by email, and delivery inside the US typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your state.
How do subscriptions work?
Every bottle holds exactly 31 doses, one full month, so your renewal lands on the same date every month. From your account page you can move that date, pause a month, or cancel entirely in a few clicks. No email required, no phone call, no retention script.
How are the formulas tested?
Every lot is manufactured in the USA under cGMP (21 CFR Part 111), has a certificate of analysis on file, and is third-party tested before release. If you want the COA for the lot in your hand, write to us with the lot number on the bottom of your jar and we send it over.
