How It Works

Three steps, and then it mostly takes care of itself.

1. Build your stack

Start with what you already take, or start from a goal. Every product page lists the full formula, the amount per serving and what it is made from, so you are not guessing.

Most stacks end up at three or four products. There is no minimum and no required starter set.

One thing worth knowing before you build: several ingredients appear in more than one of our products. Vitamin D3, omega-3, magnesium, collagen, biotin and astaxanthin all show up in multiple places. If you add two products that share an ingredient, you will see a note telling you so and what your combined daily amount becomes. We would rather flag it than let you double up without noticing.

If you take prescription medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before you start. Send them your stack and we will provide the full ingredient list and amounts for everything in it, usually the same day. Ask us on the Contact page.

2. Everything arrives together

Your whole stack ships as one box, on one date, as one charge. Not four packages across two weeks.

Every product holds at least 31 days at its stated serving. Two capsules a day means 62 in the bottle. Three a day means 93. One a day means 31.

The extra day is the point. A 30-day bottle runs out the morning your next box is still in transit, and then you have a gap. We build in the overlap instead.

Your next box is prepared and sent before your current supply runs out, not on the day it does. Shipping is free to every country we serve. Timing, carriers and customs are all set out on the Shipping Policy page.

3. Change it whenever you want

Everything below is in your account, and none of it requires talking to us.

Add or remove a product. It joins or leaves your next box. Your date does not move.

Skip one product for a cycle. Useful when you are stocked up on one thing but not the rest. Everything else arrives as normal.

Push your box back. A week, two weeks, or a month. Your stack stays exactly as you built it.

Pause. Up to three months. We keep your stack saved.

Cancel. Two clicks, effective immediately, and it stops every future charge. There is no retention offer to click past, no phone call and no exit survey you have to complete first. If you come back, your stack is still there.

We send you a reminder email before every renewal, with the date, the amount and the products in that box. If you want to change something, that email is your prompt.

What we do not do

We do not ask you health questions to build your stack. You choose from goals, we do not ask you what is wrong with you, and we do not build a health profile on you. What we do collect and why is on the Privacy Policy page.

We do not claim these products treat, cure or prevent anything. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
